All teams are required to register to compete using the Registration form found on the RoboBoat website, RoboBoat.org/2025. This registration collects each team’s point of contact information, demographics, and the Pre-Competition Requirements outlined in Section 6.2: Event Submissions and Section 6.3: Design Documentation Submissions.
To complete the RoboBoat 2025 registration, teams must pay the registration fee of $1,000 USD.
To cancel a registration, teams must complete the Cancellation Form. Cancellation requests submitted via email will not be accepted. Click here to review the cancellation and refund policy: roboboat.org/cancellation-policy.
First-year teams are eligible to participate in RoboBoat without an ASV. These teams are expected to participate in Design Documentation and send representation on-site at the event as a learning experience. First-year teams are expected to indicate this option in their registration form.
